This useful feature is called Bid Information. It allows you to analyze the bids according to all the different buyers on the platforms and lets you investigate the targeting being used by your competition to see where you need to place yourself for maximum impact. This page is particularly useful when you find high bids on certain targeting you want, it could be that users have very strict targeting enabled which is targeting a very small segment of total traffic. It means you do not have to necessarily bid the highest if you can take more general traffic from that site and channel.
The Targeting column in the above screenshot gives you an idea of the options your competitors are targeting, pay careful attention to it as it will help you judge your bids better for maximum performance.
